Waiver and Release

Having read this waiver, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, including heirs and assigns, waive and relieve One Nation & the technology provider including Zdotapps, event sponsors, cooperating organizations, and any other parties connected with the events...

I will follow all event rules, traffic rules, and understand risks including collisions, surface hazards, and manmade/natural obstacles. I accept full responsibility for my participation and equipment.

Terms and Conditions

Zdotapps is a registered entity located in Hyderabad. This document governs use of the website, application, and services. By using the platform, users agree to all terms.

General

We do not sell or rent personal data. Information is used only for service delivery and communication purposes.

Personal Information

Includes name, email, phone number, address, payment details, and any voluntarily submitted data.

Health and Fitness Data

Fitness data (steps, workouts) may be collected via integrations like Apple Health, Google Health, Strava, etc. Data is processed securely and user-controlled.

Refund Policy

All registrations are final. Refunds are only processed if service is not delivered within 24 hours after successful payment, subject to verification.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellations are allowed once registration is completed.

Limitation of Liability

The company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to ₹1000 or amount paid.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify Zdotapps and partners against claims arising from misuse of services.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials are owned by Zdotapps and protected under applicable laws.

Privacy Policy

Personal data is collected for service improvement, communication, and legal compliance. Users can request deletion of their data.

Termination

Access may be suspended if terms are violated.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
